Damm shame, His was the first site I when to when Outlaws first came out. Yea you remember, back when the only place to play besides the Zone was Kali..!! Lucky to find a game anywhere these days, But there remainds a number of real true fans even now.. most are map makers hooked on the Lawmaker Editor. And believe me Moly and others have learned every trick and stretch the editor to it's limits... Some really nice maps being made these days but not many full time players to enjoy em like there use to be. Again Damm Shame!! Well if you hit this site wanting Outlaws game information I suggest Dad's Message Board,this is where you can keep updated on what's going on with the game and see what the newest maps are. Now even tho Dad doesn't update his News anymore he does keep his downloads and maps for the game current. So if your looking for either His site is where I would go to find em..Have Fun..! Later,,

Posted:(11/04/04) Well I got to write something to beat Dad in updating...LOL it's still snowing at his site... My Hat is off to Paleface the only page that continues to update regularly.. Everyone else wonder's off.. I don't even play Outlaws anymore so I guess I'll be re doing this whole site,, I pretty much moved to DMH.. although I really miss the taunts,, So I'm working on a whole new page format and pretty much leaving Outlaws.. like Lucas Arts did,,, It's old but still lives on cause of the Lawmaker Editor.. and diehard fans,, but pretty much out dated for the newer machines out there,, All I wanted to say, so next time you see this page updated it will be all new format,, later,,..

Posted:(04/17/04) Well now that several Outlaw players have found DMH it seems to be the game of choice by far.... and of course everyone has started loading it.. however the demo and the retail are not the same as far as updating, even loaded in different directory's ..So be careful not to mix em up..The Demo Link... this is a huge download.. better have broadband The Demo Link... get it if you don't have the retail version,, then do this to update from 2110 to 2111 version which will play with the updated retail version .. and be the whole game except for music.. updated!! Follow instructions exactly.!!!
DEADMANS.DEMO.PATCH.ZIP Unzip to your desktop and follow the directions. Then unzip this dmh.2111.nocd patch to the demo so it will launch. Now you have a full version of the game updated to the 2111 version only no music files,,
Now for the Retail version of the game... You need this dmh_us_retail-patch1.exe then after that's loaded use this to launch with no cd dmh.2111.nocd unzip into dmh system folder.. your set..
Now here are some maps you just unzip into the DMH maps folder.. so your able to host em..DMH maps Hope this gets you up and running..and everyone with the same version.. 2111... Good Luck..

See ya in a game, Now remember if your into map making.. and want to use the editor you have to change the folder name.. so it has no spaces Take the DMH folder from Atari folder and move it to a folder you make on C: called C:/DeadMansHand and it will save the maps and work fine for you but you will have to move it back to the Atari folder if you need to update..!!
OH here's one other file.. a few new mutalator's.. the medium run isn't bad.. Hund Make sure you read the text file to see the changes you have to make in the DMH config file...

Posted:(03/25/04) Had to get a job..LOL first 9 to 5 in 25 years.. and I though I had a heart attack.. went to hospital in ambulance.. was gas... man I never knew acid reflex could bring ya down like that..!! I'm pretty much done with web page I think... not sure yet. I'm just not into it anymore at all.. never play anymore and basically just lost interest. I never update anymore cause there's really nothing new to say that's not at the message board if you visit it. I'm still looking for a good replacement the HL_OLmod got old before it even got finished i'm afraid, with HL2 now out.. So I'm up in the air with gaming right now and have been playing cards. Just letting all the faithful know.. and by the way player picks topic.. none of em has overtaken XIII in the votes... with the Mod picking up a vote from Tontoe..he he and 2 more for 13 and one for Postal2 not signed.

Posted:(01/25/04) The only place your going to find a Outlaws game theses days is at the Zone there are still some player's hanging over there.. and it's about the only place.. I'm sad to say.. won't find a player at gamespy or kali or mirc or the pager any more unless your lucky,,very lucky..XP didn't help...LOL!!

Posted:(01/25/04) Well no game really came out on top in Player's Picks. . . Prowler voted for Contract Jack ..Dad voted for Postal 2 Share the Pain.. Truffle voted for XIII and I'm not sure who Amis (Eric) voted for, I think it was Jack may of been XIII not sure, I lost all the Email can't even check but there were only about 8 vote's and 2 of em were for none of the above...LOL!! I voted for the Mod cause I think it's a great remake of a great game in a new game engine ..with decals.. voice..moving objects..all new... and still beta.. or in testing mode... anyway there seems to be no clear winner.. at this time so I'll leave it up a while longer... Now I must admit.. for some reason Contract Jack is not played??? Postal2 and XIII are the game's guy's seem to be moving to...!!
Dad has posted a few new sites... His XIII site to get maps, patches, news, etc.. and also his Postal 2 site for maps, patches, and info on Share The Pain...LOL!!
